While we are all busy during the week working and building relationships, don’t let the weekend slip by. Yes, it is nice to wind down, relax, and spend time with our families during this time. However, take some time over the weekend to continue cultivating your relationships. We all have some down time so squeeze it in. Below are some activities that you can do over the weekend, which won’t take too much time. In reality, there is not enough time sometimes during the week to perform these activities so the weekend is a good time to catch up.
1. Respond to emails that you didn’t get to during the week.
2. Send follow-up emails to new people you met
3. Send follow-up emails to customers, partners, associates in response to your conversations the prior week
4. Write letters or other documents that you need for the following week
5. Write blogs post or articles to be published the following week
6. Work on the content of your personal Website
7. Post tweets on Twitter to your followers
8. Connect people together via email
9. Plan and research the events that you will be attending the next week
10. Attend social, sporting, and charity events
11. Spend time thinking about how you can enhance your brand
What other ways do you utilize the weekend to build relationships?

Playing sport or socializing at a sports club are good too.
