Hi Jason. Really good list. My No.1 reason for your Personal Network being your most valuable asset is that you can have all the money in the world - but you'll still need the help and support of people to get things done! Money greases wheels - put people around who trust in you, believe in you will always make things happen. Feed and Nurture that Personal Network - it's going to help you in times of trouble (and increase your happiness in the good times!). P

Good list Jason!
Another reason, especially for those just starting out in their careers would be to gain borrowed influence - you increase your value to others by boosting your ability to generate positive connections between people in your network.
