Hi Jason,

I wasn't reading your blog when this post came out but see it in your "best of" for 2007. One tip I'd like to leave with your readers is to make sure to say the person's name AND look carefully at their business card several times in the course of the initial conversation. This helps to cement their name in your memory.

Of course, if you do forget (I certainly have been known to more often than I care to admit), you could also ask to get their card again.
