According to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, "81% of its members have been involved with cases using social networking evidence." Apparently, divorce attorneys are finding good evidence on Facebook such as suggestive pictures. Not that cheating on your spouse is the right thing to do but why post pictures and other information that will get you caught?
A good rule of thumb is to never post anything on these sites that you don't want others to see. Unfortunately, many people don't follow this guideline. What do you think?
