was written by Jim Hirshfield who has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 30 years. For more than 25 years, he was the CEO of the firm he founded, Summit Communications, which is a cable company that he grew to 130 people. Jim eventually sold his business and has written this book based on his experience as an entrepreneur.

The book starts by helping people at the beginning of their professional life and ends by helping people after they sell their business. No matter where you are in life, you will get some tips on the full life cycle of a business.
Each chapter is short and to the point, which makes it an easy read. In addition, each chapter ends with a review and next steps. The author provides some real world guidance to help you move forward with your thoughts and business.
