Very good point Jason! The volume of communication has increased exponentially over the past decade yet the quality has decreased inversely. You're right - there is no substitute for personal, authentic communication.

Good point about quality. I agree that for some people, quality has definitely decreased. You need to always provide good "customer service" when interacting with people.
