Interesting idea Jason, and is a good option for many people. I printed up a ton of cards when I started Dunkirk Systems, so I will stick with my current collection. However, branded, personalized cards are unique and do make a difference!

Send Out Cards is good in theory but when people find out that the card came from a computer and was done in less than 1 minute...the "novelty" and "genuineness" of the system wears off. I think it is better to handwrite a card...even if it takes longer to do...the impact on the other person receiving the card is far more genuine.

Jason,
Great article - I also use Send Out Cards and I love it, it is another tool to help me build stronger relationships with clients, prospects, friends and family... A very low cost way to make a big impression.

Jason Jacobsohn

Thank you everyone for all of your perspectives. This is just another tool that will work for some and not for others. You have use what you are most comfortable with.

This is an interesting idea but I don't think anyone will be tricked by a "handwritten" font. I think a better option would be to upload a high-res graphic if your signature then print that on a card with a typeset message.

Jason Jacobsohn

The idea is not to trick anyone. It is a way to streamline and make it easier to send out personalized notes. Also, the system allows you to upload your own signature and insert into the cards.
