In my prior post, MyBlogLog Builds Online Communities, I discuss how this neat tool actually is similar to LinkedIn but for blogging. In essence, it allows bloggers to see who is reading their blogs and to connect with them. In the vast world of blogs, it can be challenging to know who is out there. So, I really like this tool.
If you scroll down a bit and look on the right side column of this blog, you will notice several faces of people. This is MyBlogLog and the people who have viewed my site. The catch here is that you need to sign up your blog at MyBlogLog, which is easy to do. You can then create a profile so people can get to know you.
Last year, MyBlogLog was acquired by Yahoo who has recently announced some new and improved changes to the technology. Check out David Dalka's post, MyBlogLog to Rebrand and Make Significant Changes, to learn about these changes. I am excited for the new changes, which I believe will enhance my already favorable experience using this technology.
